1 General Terms

jf99 operates a safe and reliable online betting and casino platform for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and jf99. 3 Account Management

3.2 No Account Transfers

Selling, transferring, or renting your account, balance, or bonuses to a third party is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

3.3 Account Inactivity

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account will be considered inactive. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to the balance of inactive accounts.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at jf99 is ৳300. The same minimum limit applies across all methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Deposits must be made only from your own mobile banking account — deposits from third-party accounts are not allowed.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds generally arrive in your account within 5 to 30 minutes. Your account verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be processed.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

jf99 follows an anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Any suspicious or unusual transaction may be suspended for review, and additional verification documents may be requested.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is subject to its own specific terms — please read the terms before claiming an offer.
• A bonus may only be claimed once per account.

• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.

The jf99 VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each level comes with weekly cashback benefits: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.7% at Gold, up to 1.0% at Platinum, and up to 1.2% weekly cashback at Diamond. Advancement through VIP levels depends on your gaming activity and is determined at jf99's discretion.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance and Rejection of Bets

jf99 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any bet without giving a reason. Bets arising from technical errors, system failures, or inconsistent odds may be considered void, in which case the original stake will be refunded.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined by an approved Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Results are fair and impartial. If a network connection is lost, the game result will be determined according to the server log.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Separate minimum and maximum bet limits apply for each game and betting market, and are clearly displayed in the game interface. jf99 reserves the right to change these limits.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited:
